Omexis SA attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data. This privacy policy describes how we collect, use and protect your data when you use the website www.omexis.com.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nLPD), in force since 1 September 2023, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union when it applies.

• Technical data collected automatically by our hosting provider during your visit: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, date and time of visit, referring site. This data is retained by the hosting provider for security and proper operation purposes.

Our site uses no behavioural analytics tools, no advertising tracking cookies and no third-party tracking services.

All our processors are located in Switzerland. No data is transferred outside Switzerland.

• Contact data: retained for the duration of the relationship and for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer legal obligation applies.
• Technical data (server logs): retained for a maximum of 12 months for security purposes.

Our site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its proper functioning, for example for session management. No third-party tracking, advertising or behavioural analytics cookies are placed.
